What You Need

  • ¼ cup (30g) rolled oats

  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk

  • ¼ cup (60ml) espresso

  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder

  • 1 banana

  • ⅛ cup (15g) walnuts, chopped

What You Need To Do

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve straight away.
